We are in the final stage of our many years of navigating the construction process of our new building. The McCarter Pool Board has explored many options in the financing stage of this project, and we think we have come up with a very exciting and effective way to raise funds for the building. We are almost ready to “go live” with the fundraising sector, but instead of members “donating money” to help fund our project, we have joined forces with Vicinity Capital to raise the funds through “Crowdfunding”, which will create an investment opportunity for our members and potentially outside as well.
