McCarter Pool offers swimming, social events, and tennis. We host an active swim team in the SAIL summer swim league. There is a Guppies group swimming option for our youngest swimmers and our coaches can provide private swimming lessons as well. McCarter also offers our members extended swim hours so that you can enjoy the pool on your schedule. The pool is located at the corner of McCarter Avenue and Sweetbriar Road in Greenville, SC.
Pool Hours: Monday through Saturday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm and Sundays from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Extended Swim Hours: Adult only (6:30-11am/1pm Sunday) and Family Hours (7pm/6pm Sunday until 10pm)
The pool deck and tennis courts are non-smoking areas at all times.
After hours swimming, Extended Swim, is limited to families that have signed the waiver forms and have purchased a gate key. Parents must be present during after hours swimming. No guests are allowed during after hours swimming. Violation of these rules may result in loss of membership.
Members are allowed to bring guests to the pool during regular hours when lifeguards are present. A guest fee of $3 shall be paid for each guest. Guests must be supervised by the member that brings them and are allowed five visits per swim season. The pool reserves the right to deny access to any guest at any time.
